  Install Foam Installation and Polyurea Vapor Barrier on perimeter walls and ceiling of new addition to barrel storage.  Fill wall and ceiling cavity with Polyurethane foam.  Install UV stable Sicilone Polyurea over sheetrock of new and existing barrel storage rooms.
