Scope: Apply a mold and mildew resistant protective coating on the Interior walls and ceilings of barrel storage rooms, the Chemical Storage room, mezzanine and the walls and the ceiling and floor of the lab. 33,984 Sq. Ft.

The Start - Prior to starting the coating system all of the pipes and penetrations
had to be water blasted, masked and protected. |
Concrete walls were primed and all bug holes caulked. |
After the weep holes in the light weight concrete metal deck were caulked the base coat
and top coat were applied. |
Completed ceiling. |
The sheetrock was sprayed with 50 mils of base coat and 20 mils of top coat.
The block wall was sprayed with 80 mils of Base Coat and 20 mils of top coat. |

The Plywood Mezzanine floor and walls had a base coat of K-5 Ultra High strength
high elongation Polyurea prior to the Hard Cap -100 Aliphatic Polyurea. |
