Problem: Existing epoxy trowel down system was failing near the
expansion joints. |
Solution: Cut out areas that were failing |

Problem: Fork lifts were picking up a static electricity charge while
hauling product to the electronic scale. As the forklifts approached the scale the charge dissipated into the metal causing the scale to shut down. |
Solution: Install Key Electro-Static Dissipative Water Emulsion Finish #
535-ESD at the entry path to the scales. |

The Electro-Static Dissipative was applied in the same color but with a
flatter finish to maintain continuity throughout the floor. |

| Problem: Product stacking designation lines were failing from improper surface preparation and because dissimilar materials were used. | Solution: Prepare the floor surface after the new floor was installed and use Key Epoxy for the lines. |
