Scope of work:
Wash and Prime tanks. Apply 3” of 2.5# density
Polyurethane Foam. Apply 30 mils of Polyurea Base Coat and 10 mils of
Aliphatic Urethane Top Coat.
12 ea. 100,000 gallon tanks – 21’-9” diameter X 36’-0” high
32 ea. 52,000 gallon tanks – 15’-6” diameter X 36’-0” high
40 ea. 26,000 gallon tanks – 12’-6” diameter X 28’-0” high

The bottom four feet of the tanks were left unfoamed so that earthquake supports could be installed. After the EQ supports were installed the tanks were remasked and the bottom four feet was completed and 40 mils of polyurea and 10 mils of Aliphatic Urethane were applied.
